Bringing powerful systems together
Salesforce SurveyMonkey Integration
A SurveyMonkey Salesforce integration puts survey responses where your teams already work, on the contact, lead, account or case record, rather than in a separate export. For financial services and fintech firms, client feedback, onboarding questionnaires and satisfaction scores can then drive service workflows, reporting and follow-up tasks. Evara designs the field mapping, matching rules and consent handling, so each response lands on the right record. Our platform integration services explain how we approach it.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about your Salesforce SurveyMonkey integration
Yes. SurveyMonkey can integrate with Salesforce through a native connector or middleware, depending on your set-up and the plan you hold. Response data goes into Salesforce objects such as leads, contacts, accounts or custom objects, and a low score can trigger a task or a new case. The real work is deciding which answers map to which fields and how respondents match existing records. Evara scopes this with you as part of our integration and migration work.
Work out what Salesforce should do with the answers, then map each survey question to a field or related object. Respondents are usually matched on email address, so duplicate rules matter, or you will create second records for existing clients. Next, choose a connector or middleware, test with a small survey and agree who owns the data. For regulated firms we also check consent and retention, and where needed we add logic through custom connectors and APIs.
Respondent details, individual answers, scores such as NPS or satisfaction ratings, completion status and the survey or collector behind each response. Salesforce can hold these on standard objects or on a custom survey response object, which keeps reporting clean as volumes grow. Free-text comments can be stored too, but decide whether sensitive client information belongs there. A sound CRM data model keeps survey data reportable and governed.
